The Big Ride is CycleSheffield’s annual call for safe space for cycling.
Come and join the Big Ride on Saturday 11th April at 10:30am, for a slow, safe, short 5km circular route around the city centre from Devonshire Green.
With hundreds of cyclists young and old attending previous events, this family-friendly ride will include music and bubbles and an upbeat family party atmosphere. It’s always a great day out.
For anyone attending, the insurance safety procedure for our rides requires attendees to complete a quick form with your basic details. Please complete this ahead of time, otherwise we’ll need to capture this information on the day. Thank you.
We still need some more marshals to do some simple tasks such as guarding junctions with other marshals or riding alongside the group to ensure the ride is as safe as it can be. Please email info@cyclesheffield.org.uk if you are willing and able to help out.
