Information about cycle parking can be edited by clicking “Edit” when viewing cycle parking, or by using this map. Bear in mind this requires an OpenStreetMap account to use.

Cycle hubs

Cycle hubs are secure cycle storage facilities that require a membership or payment to access, these are:

  • City Centre Cycle Hub, run by Russell’s Bicycle Shed. This requires a monthly payment of £5 and also gives you access to the Meadowhall Cycle Hub.
  • Sheffield Station Cycle Hub, run by East Midlands Railway. This requires a one-time payment of £10 at the ticket office at the station. The fob you receive also works at the cycle hubs at other EMR stations.
  • Meadowhall Cycle Hub, run by Russell’s Bicycle Shed.
  • The Moor Cycle Hub, run by Spokesafe. This costs £1 per day.

Cycle hangars

Cycle hangars are secure on-street cycle storage facilities for residents who don’t have space in their house to store a bicycle. You can find more information on our blog post about cycle hangars.
