Another challenge completed!
Liz Grabham, who works in the Print Service at the University of Sheffield, has just completed the C2C to raise money for cystic fibrosis. She says:-
The third challenge is done! Phew, 140 miles and 13.5 hours on a bike saddle, Ouch. As predicted we did have some rain and a lot of wind, but it was an enjoyable two days. The photos are up through the following link, I’m the one in either the fetching orange TNT Racing get-up or my Georgia White Foundation t-shirt…I am also the one who never got off the bike and walked up any hills I might add!!: http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/climbwithliz/C2C?authkey=Gv1sRgCPjPurjI7LSyCA&feat=directlink
Up NEXT: Nottingham Half Marathon on 12 September.
… Thank you again to all who have sponsored me, I’m still collecting, but so far we’ve raised £756 which has gone to the Georgia White Foundation and the Chloe Cotton Trust http://www.chloecottontrustfund.co.uk and £420 through the justgiving site which has gone to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
Thank you very much for all your support.
